I’ll be deleting this blog on 1st April, update your bookmarks and readers peoples.

Not much to write about, I have been around and about, made some private entries and deleted them again once they had served the purpose of emptying my head.

Been majorly busy with work, and this weekend didn’t exist at all because I worked all day yesterday and again all day today.  So to say I am knackered is an understatement.

So on that note I’m off to bed.

So flyff wise… need a good guild name.  Cause a few of us are breaking off and starting our own guild.  Has to be awesome, not cheesy, unless it’s so cheesy it’s awesome (like M’s banana suit and pineapple hair).  Thinking seems to be going along the lines of a kingdom with me being the queen.  Heh, sounds all Domme.. which I’m so not.  Well okay I probably am, but not much, honest *insert angel type thing here*

So sewing, I did some yesterday, but none today.  Haven’t taken a photo, and will probably skip doing so this week, because I’m hoping that by next weekend I’ll have the second page finished, about 2/3 of the way through it now.  So it’s worth the wait.

Or at least I say it is.

And I’m the queen, so ner.

And now my queen… Her Royal Highness Princess Honeybunch Queen Shit of all things that move, can be eaten, slept on or played with.. says that it’s time for bed and her pawing at my leg is getting rather persistent!!

PS the good thing about flyff and the aimless chatter (although it does sometimes get rather deep in pm but not guild chat) is that it keeps my mind off things that are getting me down atm, like missing my dad terribly

I’m sure you’ll all survive my sporadic posting until next Wednesday when the event is over.  Unless they start another event that is.

But hey, I’m not sad, I’m nearly level 96.

On that note I’m off downstairs to watch the NCIS we recorded earlier, and to actually do some sewing if my eyes and head will let me.  I may possibly be getting a cold,  yuck.

For Theresa – The Palace is fully named Cut Thru Princess Palace, and it’s by Bothy Threads.  They do a huge range of absolutely adorable cut thru pieces, and I go into spasms and dribble when I finger them all in Hobbycraft.  Alas, they’re not so cheap.

Would link, but my cable is down at the moment, and I’m writing this post in notepad to chuck it up onto my blog later, or tomorrow at this rate, it’s been down a while.

However, the threads come pre-sorted, the patterns are big and clear, and the backstitching is on a seperate pattern (big bonus as I hate patterns with tons of backstitching where you have to guess what the symbol is underneath).  And the colours are bright and cheerful and everything’s just wonderful with them really.

They also do some other cute patterns, their ABC series is quite cute, and I must admit to owning the Bra one, which I will stitch at some point.

I have not been paid to write this post, however I do think they should pay me after such a glowing endorsement.

And that’s been my day really.

Shopping then Kickercise tomorrow.  So lots of sleep is a good plan. But first another reboot of the cable modem to see if it’s back yet.  If you’re reading this post and you’ve not got some secret back door sneaky way onto my laptop (cause if you have you need a life ) then it is obviously back up and running again.

I’ve also been spending some time cleaning and stripping the wallpaper off the wall to replace it.  I love love love the paper that is up, but sitting in the corner beside it, it feels dark and closed in.  The room in general is big enough to carry the black paper off, but I’m just fed up of feeling like I’m in the dark.  The new paper is very pale grey with a black/silver flower/paisley design.  Will take photos when it’s all done, will look nice.

So I finally completed all the x’s on page 1 of the Cut Thru Princess Palace, and did the mountain of backstitching.  I think that took me longer than the crosses did!  Okay so I exaggerate, but you can see just how much of it there was.  To the left of page 1, I’ve started the next page (page 4 of the pattern), and the little bit I did is Prince Charming climbing up to take the hand of the fair Princess.  Or something like that.  You’ll be pleased to know that as of tonight he is no longer headless.

On a final not so pleasant note, but one that I feel is somewhat necessary.  A while ago I set up an IP restriction on my blog and the rest of the sites I hold, blocking someone out.  I’m not going to say who it was, only that I no longer felt comfortable.  I’m not going to go into the reasons behind that feeling either.

However, somehow the block was removed, probably during the emergency server maintenance that went on, and said person came back in.  So what I’m going to say is this… if you are back in and you are reading, please go away.  I have my reasons, and I’m sure deep down you know them too.  Stop visiting, stop emailing, just leave me be.

So migraine = no blog posts, and no stitching and not much of anything except hiding in bed trying to shut out the pain.

Maybes tomorrow I’ll have something interesting to write?

So I’m gonna go have one, then I’m gonna go watch Hustle on the iplayer that I missed.  Question is, do I watch it downstairs, or do I go get comfy in bed and watch it there, and risk falling asleep halfway through.

Then again if  I do fall asleep, cause it’s on the iplayer I can just watch it again tomorrow.

First one is the Hardanger mat that I stitched for my mum.  It was supposed to be for her dining room as the colours match there, but she decided it was going in the living room on display on the coffee table.

Next up, Enchanted Dreamer at the point where I left her.  You can’t see where I have to pull everything out, it’s on the right hand side at the bottom.

And last but not least, where I am up to on the Cut Thru Princess Palace.  I’ve got a row of 10×10 to do above what’s there, the backstitching and then page five (I started in the middle) is done.  Hope to have that done for next week, and be onto the next page (page 4).

Picture is wonky because my photography skills are the best, and I didn’t iron after taking it off my mini q-snaps (it’s done on 18ct aida I think, so it’s pretty small).

So because the pain isn’t constant I’ve been able to sew much today and made a fair bit of progress on my Castle.  I’m almost done with the first page (of 9), well the actual crosses that is, then I have to do the mountains of back stitching before moving onto the next page.  Soooooo not leaving all the backstitching til the end, it will take me years.

I even remembered, the other day, to take a photo of the mat at mum’s.  I might have blogged that already though.  I just haven’t emptied my camera yet, and need to take photos of my castle and Enchanted Dreamer anyway.
